SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Your Web Browser

E-License requires a current web browser. Browsers that have been tested and are recommended are:

  • Desktop browsers
    • Chrome 46.0.2490
    • Firefox 42
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.0
    • Safari 9.0.1
  • Mobile browsers
    • default browser for iOS 9.1
    • default browser for Android Lollipop 5.0.2

If you do not have one of these browsers, you might not be able to complete the process without first updating your software.

Printing

Licenses are created and stored in PDF format. Your hardware requires software capable of displaying PDF files, for example Adobe Reader. Licenses can be printed from the PDF file at the end of the transaction or from the confirmation email.

RECEIPT OF YOUR ITEMS

Printing Your Items

If you print your item(s) on a printer, you need to ensure that the item(s) will last the entire season and is legible. We suggest that you cut the item(s) to the correct size and laminate it using clear tape. We realize these are some extra steps to make the item(s) durable, but we think the convenience of buying on the web at any time is worth the effort. Lost items must be replaced at the replacement cost.

Saving Your License to Your Smart Device

Be sure that you have saved your license to the PDF format and are carrying the Smart Device with you when using any license. If you purchased a Sportcard identification, you will also need to save this information using your Smart Device.
